Downtown Village Center
Master Plan Timeline
The City of Gladstone has selected
Gale Communities, to create a Master Plan for the new Downtown Village Center. Alternative
designs were prepared using public feedback before the Final Master Plan was developed and presented on March 7, 2006.
The next step in the process is for City staff to analyze the Master Plan documents in preparation for review by the Planning Commission. The date for the Planning Commission meeting has not yet been scheduled. The Planning Commission will make their recommendation for the City Council who will consider the plan next. Please check back again for the dates of these meetings.
