Developer's Proposals
Gale Communities used
a collaborative effort with the public to create a Master Plan for the new Downtown Village
Center. By incorporating feedback from residents and businesses in the area, the public can
be assured the plan will be the best for the community.
There have been five public meetings where
information was collected from the community. The Master Plan was presented on March 7, 2006. You may view the Master Plan Map now, however the entire Master Plan document is not yet available to the public.
Please check back again for information about when the plan will be availabe for viewing at City Hall. We will also be posting new information about the project as it becomes available.
