Downtown Village Center
The City of Gladstone has selected
Gale Communities to create a Master Plan for the new Downtown Village Center.
The project will contain a well-planned mixture of the following uses:
• Existing and new residential
• Office and retail commercial
• Public buildings, parks and open space areas
• Road improvements including sidewalks and curbs
A series of public meetings have been held beginning on September 15, 2005, and more than 260 citizens have attended.
Alternative designs were prepared using public feedback gathered during the meetings
and through a detailed surveys. We value your opinion.
Downtown Village Center Goals:
• To engage the community in the planning process
• To ensure the Village Center is sustainable
• To elevate Gladstone to premier status in the Northland
