PROJECTS

Current Projects:

• Salon NHU-Y, 7304 N Oak Trafficway.  Project included: parking improvements; stucco on the exterior of the building; signage; and landscaping.

• Strip center at 7206 N Oak Trafficway.  Project included new soffit on front and south side, window improvements and new signage on south side of building.

• Salon Jubils, 6704 N Oak Trafficway.  Project involved a total remodel of the exterior, providing an entirely new look for the businesses.

• Gladstone Area Chamber of Commerce , 6913 N Cherry.  This project has been approved by is pending construction. The Gladstone Chamber will be renovating the historic 'Williams House' to be the location of their offices and meeting rooms.

• Goens Brothers Inc, 7514 N Oak.  This project included the installation of a new monument sign with reader board to replace the existing non-compliant pole sign. The project is now complete.
