BOARD OF DIRECTORS The board of directors of the corporation consists of one director who is a member of the Gladstone City Council, one director who is a member of the Gladstone Economic Betterment Council (GEBC), one director who is an employee or director of the Corporation's loan servicing entity Northland National Bank, and two at-large directors from the community.
